Bank Card Merchant Agreement
In most cases, these banks are responsible for facilitating all aspects of the electronic transaction process. In the event of any contradiction between this Negotiation Agreement and the Card Brand Rules, the Card Brand Rules shall apply. Where the Dealer chooses to use third-party terminals, the Dealer assumes full responsibility and responsibility for such third party`s failure to comply with the rules of the card brand, applicable law or this Dealer Agreement. The Merchant acknowledges and agrees that the Termination Fee is not a penalty, but an appropriate calculation of the financial harm caused by the Merchant`s termination of this Dealer Agreement….
